CRONK.AI  //  AGENTIC OPS, 2026

We build AI agents
that actually ship.

Cronk Ai Agents is a small, opinionated studio. We pair senior operators with bespoke agents, copilots, and pipelines -- wired into the tools you already run, whether you're DTC, ecom, agency, or services. No demos. No theater. Working software in weeks.

// sound familiar?

Your team is buried in busywork. You know exactly which work.

Most operators don't need "AI strategy." They need one specific job, that one specific human keeps doing, to stop eating that human's day.

CS · SUPPORT

Your one CS rep is drowning. Response time is 8+ hours. You can't justify hiring another at this revenue level.

OPS · INVENTORY

Someone reconciles Shopify, Amazon, and your 3PL by hand. The spreadsheet is a black hole. Bad numbers ship bad POs.

CONTENT · SEO

You "should be" publishing weekly. You're publishing monthly, badly. Agencies charge $5K/mo for two posts you wouldn't sign your name to.

FINANCE · BOOKS

Bookkeeper sends a P&L the 15th of next month. You can't make decisions on data that's six weeks stale. Your CFO is a spreadsheet.

One agent, built for one job, with you in the approval loop. That's the unit of work.

// the operator

Built by an operator. Not a consultant.

Cortland built his own AI agent fleet to run his ecommerce business. After the fifth founder asked him to build the same thing for theirs, Cronk Ai Agents happened.

Most AI shops

  • Have never run a real business
  • Sell strategy decks and "agent enablement" workshops
  • Bill for hours, hand you a Notion doc, ghost
  • Pitch tools they haven't used in production
  • Don't know what a 3PL invoice looks like
VS

Cronk Ai Agents

  • Built our own agent fleet to run a real ecom business first
  • Ship working software in weeks, not slide decks in months
  • Fixed-scope builds with optional monthly retainer
  • Recommend off-the-shelf tools when they actually beat custom
  • Have answered the 11pm Gorgias ticket ourselves
I built this for my own business because nothing on the market actually worked. When the requests from other founders wouldn't stop, I made it my full-time thing.

-- Cortland Cronk · Founder, Cronk Ai Agents

// capabilities

Four modes. One stack.

We don't sell platforms. We ship the smallest thing that earns its keep, then layer in the rest. Every build maps to one of these four shapes.

01

Agents that act

Long-running workers with real tool access -- they triage, decide, and execute against your systems. Safety gates baked in so they never go off-script.

tool-use memory human-in-loop
02

Copilots that draft

Inline assistants for the humans on your team -- embedded where they already work. Email, CRM, helpdesk, code. They draft. People decide.

slack / inbox browser ext house-style
03

Pipelines that run

The boring, beautiful kind -- scheduled jobs that pull, enrich, reconcile, and post. Reliable as cron. Smart enough to handle the edge cases.

scheduled webhooks retries
04

Briefings that brief

Synthesized intel for the people who steer the ship -- Monday exec digests, deal one-pagers, weekly ops reads. Written in your voice, on time, every time.

FROM OUR MOST RECENT DTC BUILD · SEE THE CASE BELOW

// website builds

AI-ready websites, not just nicer pages.

We also build custom websites, redesigns, landing pages, and intake flows. The site can be built to explain the offer, capture cleaner leads, install analytics properly, and leave room for agents later.

01

New sites

Clean structure, copy direction, responsive pages, forms, analytics, and launch support.

02

Redesigns

Improve the current site, fix mobile, clarify the offer, or rebuild on a better platform.

03

Lead flows

Better intake forms and routing so humans or future agents get structured business context.

A DTC brand. A spreadsheet of pain.

A 22-person DTC brand was losing six hours a day reconciling Shopify, Amazon, and 3PL inventory by hand. We replaced the spreadsheet with three agents in eleven days.

CASE_01 · STATUS: LIVE

Three agents, one shared brain, six hours back per day.

Agent one pulls SKU-level inventory from every channel every fifteen minutes. Agent two flags anomalies and drafts reorder POs. Agent three writes a Friday digest in the founder's voice. Humans approve, ship, sleep.

// sound like a fit?

If your day looks like that spreadsheet, we should talk.

Tell us the one task eating your week. We'll either build for it or tell you it's not worth a build yet.

// fit check

Who this is for. And who it isn't.

We are good at some things and bad at others. Better to figure this out before the call.

A good fit if you...

  • Run a real business doing $300K+ in annual revenue.
  • Have one specific task that's eating someone's day.
  • Want a working agent, not a slide deck about AI strategy.
  • Are willing to approve the first hundred outputs before automating.
  • Trust working code more than promised features.

Not a fit if you...

  • × Are pre-revenue or under $300K, no clear pain point yet.
  • × Need a chatbot on your website. (Use Intercom Fin or HelpScout.)
  • × Want AI to make irreversible decisions without human review.
  • × Are looking for a generic "AI consulting" engagement.
  • × Need answers in days. Our minimum timeline is ~3 weeks.

If you're in the "not a fit" column, we'll say so on the call. No hard sell, no surprise quote.

// pricing

Every build is custom. Starts at $5,000.

No off-the-shelf tiers. Every business is different, every agent is built for that business. We quote on the discovery call, after we know what you actually need. Pricing starts at $5,000. Optional monthly retainer afterward for monitoring, tune-ups, and new agents.

Cortland Cronk

FOUNDER · CRONK AI AGENTS

Operator first, builder second. Has shipped agents and automations across DTC brands, ecom shops, agencies, and service businesses -- wired into Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Gorgias, QuickBooks, and roughly every helpdesk you've heard of.

Cares about: working software, plain language, and not selling you anything you don't need.

// the bet

Most AI shops have never run a real business.

We have. Cronk Ai Agents exists because Cortland built his own AI agent fleet to run his ecommerce business -- and then watched other founders try to find someone who could do the same thing for them. They couldn't.

The market is full of strategy decks and "agent enablement workshops" sold by consultants who've never had to ship an order, answer a Gorgias ticket at 11pm, or reconcile a 3PL invoice. We have. That's the whole difference.

If you want someone who's been in your seat to build agents that survive contact with your actual business, the intake takes about ten minutes.

// faq

Common questions, honest answers.

What does an engagement actually cost?

Most first builds land between $15K and $60K, fixed scope. We size the number during the briefing call -- you'll know exactly what you're paying before signing anything.

How does the monthly retainer work?

After we ship, you can stay on retainer for monitoring, tune-ups, model migrations, and rolling out new agents as the business changes. Three published tiers based on fleet size:

$750 / mo · Essentials -- 1 to 2 agents · up to 5 hrs/mo, async support
$1,750 / mo · Operator -- 3 to 5 agents · up to 15 hrs/mo (rolls to 25), shared Slack
$3,500 / mo · Fleet -- 6+ agents · up to 30 hrs/mo (rolls to 45), same-day response

Cancel any time. Your code stays yours. See the full tier breakdown →

Do you replace my team?

No. We replace the repetitive parts of their day so they can do the parts only humans should. Every build ships with a human review layer unless you explicitly want it autonomous.

Which models / platforms do you build on?

Whatever's right for the job -- usually Claude or GPT-class models, occasionally open-weight on your own infra for sensitive workloads. We don't have allegiances; we have benchmarks.

Who owns the code?

You do. Source lives in your repos from day one. Prompts, evals, and runbooks too. If we vanish tomorrow, your agents keep running.

What about privacy and compliance?

We've shipped under HIPAA, SOC 2, and GDPR-adjacent constraints. Data residency, redaction layers, audit logging -- all standard plumbing for us. Tell us your regime on the intake.

How small is too small?

If you're a solo operator with a clear pain and budget under $15K, we'll likely point you to off-the-shelf tools instead of building. We say this on the briefing call. No hard feelings.
